The reason you do not see the System or Reports button is because the user your are logging in with does not have the rights(Access Levels) to view them. You will need to log in as a Manager or a user with the proper Access Level) to be able to access those sections of the software.
The software by default has a manager log in of 7777. You can also try 9999. If you terminated these default users we will need to go into the database and set at least 1 of them back to Active so you can create a new Manager with good Access Levels.
