Currently there is no way to merge two tickets. Its definitely not the best scenarios but you can void off the items on ticket one and re-order them on ticket two. That’s the only way I can think of to do it at this point.
I may have misstated it. One of the functions listed is –Merge two or more Tables Together. In reviewing the User Manual page 123 discusses this function. On our system, the Merge Table button does not appear on the desktop, only the Transfer Order button. Terri
Hi Terri. My apologies. The Merge Table function is only available in table service mode. Looks like you are using Quick Service mode if you have a Transfer Order button.
